Favourite Family dining place: The King Louis Grill and Bar

One of our favourite family dining out location is ... yes, look no further but The King Louis Grill and Bar @VivoCity. It's located just along Food Republic, and a little walk further from No Sign Board. The restaurant  is done up like a castle from within, with tall knights standing and wooden flooring.  From the restaurant, one could also enjoy a beautiful night view over at Sentosa. If you are lucky to be seated near the back door, you could even enjoy a few minutes of fireworks over at the opposite bank while dining on weekends!

What draws us to the restaurant is the scrumptious menu feast fit for a king. We always ends up ordering their banquet, and my oh my, the servings really justifies the name.

Check out the generous servings on a huge tray, this is the seafood and meat plater. Meet the rich tasty meat slabs of steak and ribs, as well as the seafood shouting from "behind the scene". My favourite is the huge slab of salmon fully coat by the dressings. The meal always finishes with the ever so tasty layer of carrots, potatoes and french beans. By the time we come to that layer (Right at the bottom of the tray), the healthy vegetables have already soaked up the tasty "goodness" from the top layer of seafood and poultry. Yum!

This second picture was taken from another visit, it's the full meat combination. Again, we can't help but admire the generous servings of sinful proteins and the delightful taste of the healthier vegetables right at the bottom.

I do wish I could blog more  on the foodies from this place. But meanwhile, I do recommend a visit and just order the banquet if you have a decent crowd of 4-5 adults. The banquet we ordered was enough to serve 5 adults and 3 kids, and we usually left the restaurant groaning with full satisfaction.

I promise to capture better pictures and food menu options on my next visit. Which I hope soon!
