Hydrating and cleansing soup for health
This is a second recipe put together to counter our health deterioration as a result of consistent haze inhalation due to our recent bad weather and poor air quality.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 Honsai pear (depending on serving size) cut half and devoted.
- Pork ribs (250-400 gram) depending on serving size.
- 12-15 red dates
- Wolfberries (about 30 gram or 2 tablespoons)
Preparation:
- Wash all ingredients set aside for use
- Remove seeds from red dates
- Run the ribs through boiling hot water to remove stale smells and blood
- Boil 2/3 pot of hot water
- Add in all ingredients and bring to boil for about 10 mins
- Add 3-4 teaspoons for salt
- Reduce heat and let simmer for another 40-45 mins
- If you are using thermal pot, transfer inner pot to thermal after 15 min's of simmering at reduced heat.
