Time flies! March school holiday is round the corner! I have put together a list and will continue to add on with new discoveries.

Skate-with-us  March school holiday skate camp




Skate-with-us offers a list of school holiday skate camp activities inclusive of  treasure hunt, cannon ball blast, obstacle courses and many more for new as well as skilled skaters. Full and half day options are available. For full details refer to Skate-with-us portal.

 

my Easter Camp by Children's Worklab




Children's Worklab is offering a 5 day Adventure of robotics fun and learning experience for kids between 7 to 13 years old. The program schedule is from 17th to 21st March offering children exposures to robotics and engineering technology, digital art and more.

Crestar March 2014 school holiday programmes

Sentosa Kidz Flea

Disney's Schools Out at Marina Square

Spelling Bee at Bedok Point

"Play with Dream Defender" at Changi City Point mall


Between 14th to 16th March, kids get to participate in a mission with heros of Dream Defenders using a huge interactive AR game screen free. For further details, visit Portal as enclosed.



"Glam Junior's Craft Workshop" at YewTee Point


On 15,16,29 and 30th March between 2-5pm, kids get to participate and bring home a  DIY star themed craft item. Terms and conditions applies, further reference at Portal as enclosed.



"Teddy Bear Making Workshops" at Centrepoint

Kids get to exercise their creativity and build their own own teddy bear in on the workshop event dates. Participants need to present a single receipt with minimal spending of S$20. Refer to Portal as enclosed for full details.

"March In" at Science Centre from 15-23 March 2014

  • Sound show : Where kids get to learn about the nature of sound and how it's transmitted, 11am daily.
  • Guided Tour: You will be guided through different exhibits to experience and more in depth learning, 11am Tuesday to Sunday
  • Fun Spot : "A Symphony of Sound" is an ensemble of instruments, kids get to create their very own music, happening on Tuesday to Friday, 2.3opm to 4pm.
  • Einstein Room: "Harmonica" where kids get to learn how harmonicas are made and experience the instrument.  Happening Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 12.30pm.
  • Science on a Sphere: Kids get to experience what it's like gazing back on Earth from a distance. Happening Tuesday to Friday, 3.30pm.

What's cooking at Public Libraries ?

 Chinese Ink Raiders (For kids only)  - Location : Queenstown Public Library   

Chinese ink painting workshop for children age 7-12, programme is in English. Admission is free but registration is required at nlb portal or e-Kiosk.
Programme date and time: 16 March, 2014 10:30am-11:30am, 11:30am-12:30pm.



Play Garden: Binary Tree - Location: Queenstown Public Library

This art workshop teaches kids to create colorful art of trees using blow paint. The workshop is free but registration is required with nlb portal or e-kiosk, as workshop is limited to 10 children per session.
Programme date and time: 20 March, 2014 2:30 to 3pm.


Little Lovable Wolves  - Location: Pasir Ris Public Library

Kids get to listen to stories about friendly wolves and make and bring home a loveable wolf friend. Registration is required at nlb portal or e-kiosk with a fee of S$2.
Programme date and time: 18 March, 3-4 pm.


Friends with Fish - Location: Pasir Ris Public Library


Your child get to listen to a story about a beautiful rainbow fish's experience finding and building friendship in the ocean, and also create and bring home their very own rainbow fish. Registration is required at nlb portal or e-kiosk with a fee of S$2.
