Airport terminal 3: Interesting 3D artworks to enjoy

So glad my husband took a day off on youth day, and we decided to bring my eldest son Joel to the airport Swensons for brunch. After a hearty meal, we wanted to proceed to the big slide for some fun.

We came across a very huge and beautiful 3D art display smacked right in the middle of the departure hall. The art work turns out to be an illusion done by the famous 3D artist, Kurt Wenner, whom I am sure many have appreciated some of his works in paper reports or on internet (For further interests in this artist's works click here). This round, his work, named "The Millionaire Life" features a 3D illusion of a house with two elegant armchairs and heaps of cash sprawled everywhere. One can walk "right into" the "room", have a seat on the armchairs and take a nice snap shot. Walah! You'll be surprised by the visual effect you have captured!

Look! Joel is having such a cozy time lying on the expensive armchair, and Sam is looking like a millionaire sitting there smiling at the stacks of cash!

This illusion artwork is created as part of the airport's "Be a Millionaire" promotion till November 11,2012. There is even a camera post standing just in front of this artwork for anyone who prefer a more professional take.We had lots of fun exercising creativity, standing around , posing on the stairs , armchairs or around the limousines just behind.

Do pop by to have a look before it's gone!
